Begonia, Strawberry

Strawberry Begonia, also called "Mother of Thousands" because of its prolific spread by red strawberry-like runners, is an evergreen stoloniferous flowering perennial with heart-shaped green leaves with distinctive white veins above and attractive red beneath.

Begonias are fairly low maintenance and can provide long periods of bloom. In cooler climates, these tropical plants are mainly grown as indoor houseplants or as annuals outdoors in summer. 

Light:

Begonias like filtered, bright light, but may burn in direct sunlight.  They like indirect sunlight or shade.

Water:

They like to stay evenly moist, and benefit from increased humidity.  Water your begonia thoroughly about once a week, and wait until the top half inch of the soil is dry before watering
