Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases once shipped are final. You can cancel your order prior to shipping by emailing us ASAP at bellesgreenhouse@gmail.com

Lost Plants

If your plant is lost by the shipping carrier we will sort things out with the carrier and if the plant / package is deemed lost we will refund or replace free of charge. 

Damage/Pest/Disease Claims

We strive to pack every plant with the utmost care and thoughtfulness for a safe journey to your house.  However, damage during shipping can occur. If this does, contact us ASAP, within 48 hours by emailing us at bellesgreenhouse@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will file a claim through the carrier and once resolved we will refund or replace your purchase free of charge. 

Refunds and exchanges are determined by our sole discretion. 

We do not honor claims on damage caused by cold damage or excessive heat. We will look into the weather in your area prior to shipping and notify you if we feel your order will have trouble during shipping, but we recommend that you be mindful of ordering during major storms or heat waves that can cause damage or delays. 

We will be offering a Winter Protection Shipping option in the future.

In the rare cases that we do not determine there to be an issue valid for a refund or replacement or that the issue is caused by neglect, or cold/heat damage, we will help you through the process of nurturing your plant back to health if can be. We are here to help! 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements of any products.  All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.  Photos of any damage incurred to the plant material or shipping boxes must be submitted at the time of your claim.  Failure by the customer to meet these requirements within 7 days of the opening of the claim will result in the claim being closed and the matter will be considered resolved at that time. 

We will notify you as soon as possible if we determine a refund or replacement is necessary. Please be advised that if we need to file a claim through the post office delays in processing may occur on their end and take several business days in finalizing your claim through us. 

All decisions on refunds/replacements/exchanges are final and determined at the sole discretion of Belle's Greenhouse.
