Nepenthes ‘Gaya’ is a beautiful tropical pitcher plant variety. This variety is one of the world's most vigorous growing Nepenthes. It can be grown in a wide variety of conditions and succeeds in home settings including sunny windowsills and terrariums.
This is a complex cross between Nepenthes khasiana x (ventricosa x maxima). It produces lots of crimson striped pitchers with a growth habit that stays compact. We recommend the following conditions:
Light: In a windowsill, provide a few hours of direct sunlight. Greenhouses 50-75% shading. Artificial lighting: 400 PPFD
Watering: 2-3 times per week
Feeding: 1-2 bugs per pitcher per month. You can also use 1-2 osmocote pellets if bugs give you the creeps!
